Audio Gallery
This page is a repository for compositions executed using any of the
tools on the
Audio Applications Page. The compositions
need not be executed exclusively on SGI; typically a mix
of different tools is used. Send me yours and I'll
add it to the gallery!
The sound clips are currently in MPEG format. You will need
maplay or
soundplayer to
play these.

This is an excerpt from the soundtrack to the introduction video shown at
the 1995
SGI Developer's Forum. The soundtrack was composed on an
SGI Indy using the TimeLine
Mediasound multitrack recorder and editor,
the Aware
Speed-of-Sound Sound Effects Library,
Soundeditor,
Soundfiler,
the Capital Records OGM music library,
the Sound Ideas sound effects library, and laid back directly onto a
Digital Betacam deck using a TimeLine MicroLynx edit controller.
